AI, DATA & SOFTWARE SERVICES

Build the systems
your business needs.

We design and build AI applications, connected data platforms, and custom software. Start with the work you want to improve.

Five manual steps are swept away and replaced by a single answer carrying the policy clause it was based on.

WHERE THE WORK STARTS

Find your project’s starting point

The first task is to establish what the engagement needs to resolve. Use these situations to identify the assessment or implementation work worth considering.

An AI pilot needs a release plan

Assess evaluation coverage, deployment requirements, and unresolved failure cases.

02

Reporting needs an agreed data model

Trace calculations to their source and document how key records should be represented.

03

A platform change puts records at risk

Define migration rules, reconciliation checks, and the conditions for switching platforms.

04

An integration has no reliable interface

Specify the exchanged data, authentication, retry behavior, and error handling.

05

An internal process needs an application

Establish user roles, approval rules, and the history that must be retained.

A legacy application needs a technical review

Inspect dependencies, support risks, and the feasibility of incremental upgrades.

FIND THE RIGHT SERVICE

Know what each service covers

The following service areas describe the technical work available. Open a specialist page for more detail, then bring the relevant requirements into a shared scope where several services are needed.

03 / SOFTWARE

Software development

Software engagements cover application design, implementation, integration, and modernization. Requirements establish the user journeys, business logic, system interfaces, and operational constraints that shape the build.

Choose who owns delivery

The engagement model determines accountability, day-to-day direction, and the skills assigned. Agree on those responsibilities alongside the technical scope.

PROJECT DELIVERY
  • Complete project deliveryAssign a defined scope to Neuraal, with milestones, acceptance criteria, and named responsibilities established for the engagement.
  • Discovery and architectureCommission an assessment of feasibility, dependencies, and design options to inform the implementation decision.
ENGINEERING SUPPORT
  • Forward deployed engineersPlace engineers close to the users and operational context, with access, responsibilities, and coordination agreed at the outset.
  • Staffing and consultantsSpecify the discipline, experience, expected duration, and reporting arrangement for the resources you require.
HIRING
  • Recruitment as a serviceDefine a hiring plan and delegate agreed recruitment activities while retaining your organization’s selection decisions.
  • Technical screeningUse role-specific technical assessments and structured feedback to inform your hiring decisions.
FROM SCOPE TO RELEASE

Keep delivery decisions visible

Each stage needs a reviewable output. We use the agreed requirements to guide design decisions, assess completed work, and decide whether the project is ready for its next stage.

  1. 01

    Understand

Document the use cases, exclusions, dependencies, and acceptance conditions that establish the scope.

  2. 02

    Architect

Record the proposed components and interfaces, including the reasons for key technical choices.

  3. 03

    Build

Implement the agreed features and demonstrate completed increments against the delivery plan.

  4. 04

    Validate

Capture evidence from functional, integration, access, and performance checks relevant to the scope.

  5. 05

    Deploy

Confirm release readiness, environment settings, rollback arrangements, and operational responsibilities.

  6. 06

    Improve

Prioritize post-release findings and separate corrective work from proposed additions to the scope.

WORKING WITH YOUR TECHNOLOGY

Make technology choices that hold up

A tool must suit both implementation and long-term operation. Platform choices account for existing licenses, hosting arrangements, access policies, expected load, and the experience of the team responsible after launch.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

Set expectations before committing

What types of organizations partner with Neuraal?
We assess fit through the proposed scope, available access, technical requirements, and delivery expectations. An initial review helps establish whether the engagement is practical for both teams.
Can you work with an existing technology stack?
Yes. Compatibility is part of the assessment, including platform versions, interface availability, deployment restrictions, and internal standards.
Do we need to know which technology we want first?
No. A description of the intended capability is enough for an initial review. Discovery can compare options before an implementation approach is selected.
Can a project include both data engineering and AI?
Yes. The scope can include both, with dependencies and acceptance checks defined across the data preparation and AI components.
Can you take over an existing project?
An assessment comes first. Repository access, build instructions, available documentation, and a list of known issues help us estimate the work required to take responsibility.
LET’S TALK

Let’s define the scope

Send a brief description of the proposed work, the systems involved, and any target dates. We can review the assumptions, identify missing information, and discuss a suitable engagement.
